Our town is a friendly, rural community located 20 minutes from New Hampshire's beautiful seacoast. With about 1,400 household, the population has nearly quadrupled to 4,200 inhabitants from its earliest count of 1,064 in 1767. Brentwood's 16.97 square miles are seated in the Rockingham County's geographical center and it is home to many of the county's support services.

    THE TOWN OFFICES WILL BE CLOSING AT NOON ON WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 25TH AND WILL BE CLOSED NOVEMBER 26TH AND 27TH FOR THANKSGIVING. HAVE A SAFE AND HEALTHY HOLIDAY!

  • Town Clerk/Tax Collector's Holiday Hours

    We will be closing at 4:30 on Tuesday 11-24.  We will be open 8:30a-12:00p Wednesday 11-25 and will be closed Thursday and Friday for Thanksgiving.

    There is currently a vacancy that will be filled by appointment for the remainder of the 20/21 budget season.  Remaining meetings are scheduled for 11/30, 12/14, 12/21, 1/11,1/18, 1/25 and 2/8.  If interested please come to one of the upcoming meetings or reach out to klevitsky@brentwoodnh.gov
